Our Products

Our products are handmade from natural materials. Wood grain, color, and figure vary from piece to piece — no two items are identical, and photos are representative. Minor variation from photos is a feature of handmade goods and is not a defect.

Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or listing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Commissions

Custom work is quoted per project. Design details are confirmed with you before the build begins, and work starts after your approval. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable except in cases of shipping damage or defect; see our Refund Policy.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, photos, and text, is the property of Woods & Goods LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Products are intended for their described use; please care for wood products properly (avoid dishwashers and prolonged soaking).
