Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items: orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Custom & made-to-order items: build time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the project. We'll confirm your timeline when your order or quote is placed, and keep you updated along the way.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our shop in Chattanooga, Tennessee via USPS or UPS with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 2–7 business days within the United States after the order ships.

Large or Heavy Items

Oversized pieces (such as large shelves, signs, or furniture) may require special packaging or freight shipping. If additional arrangements are needed, we'll contact you before shipping.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
