What types of hardwood do you use? We primarily use Cherry, Walnut, Maple, Hickory, and Oak. We also take requests for other wood species on custom work.

How long does a custom project take? We email you a proof within 3-5 business days, and nothing gets cut until you approve it. After approval, your piece is built and shipped within 15-21 business days, so plan on about 4-5 weeks total plus transit. Ready-to-ship items leave the shop within 1-3 business days.

Can I return my order? Every piece is handmade to order, so all sales are final and we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, we'll remake it free, including shipping both ways. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Can I see a proof before you build? Yes. Every custom order gets a proof for your approval before we cut anything. Up until you approve it, you can change the design or cancel for a full refund. We can also provide samples of wood finishes.

Do you offer engraving or personalization? Yes, custom engraving is available on most pieces. Contact us to add a name, logo, or message.

Where do you ship from, and do you deliver locally? Everything ships nationwide from our shop in Canton, Georgia via USPS or UPS with tracking. Local delivery and installation in the greater Atlanta area may be available by arrangement, so contact us to see what's possible.

How do I care for my wood piece? Hand wash with mild soap, dry immediately, and never put wood items in the dishwasher. Refresh cutting surfaces occasionally with food-safe mineral oil or board wax.
